  1. No drinking or drunken behavior whatsoever will be tolerated.
  2. All children under 18 are required by law and per company policy to wear a helmet.
  3. Littering in any way is strictly prohibited.
  4. Renters should always be courteous, respectful and share the road.
  5. We love our pets as much as you do however, there is a $50 cleaning fee for Jeeps only.
  6. Driver/renter must be 25 years of age or older. No exceptions.
  7. Drivers and any passenger under 18 are required by law to wear protective eye wear.
